The landscape of the practice is constantly changing as the mediums/channels that carry those messages to the intended audience evolves and changes too. Gen Z audiences come to expect the world at their fingertips. They are “Digital Natives” that have spurred on the rise and adaptation of visual social media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Metaverse with storytelling platforms.
