When not obsessing over safety, Kate works to improve diversity in the workplace, mentors up-and-coming leaders and likes to spend time outside – either doing hard labour in her garden or enjoying all the amazing hiking and kayaking that Vancouver has to offer. |

Lizzie leads the team at TAXI as managing director, leveraging her experience in brand and communications strategy to build strong foundations for clients and drive their businesses forward with impactful creative. Her ability to synthesize human insights and create actionable strategies has led to many successful rebrands and helped clients live out their brand purpose across multiple customer touch points from traditional advertising to point of sale to retail spaces to online, including content creation and social media. Over the last four years at TAXI, she’s worked on BC Dairy, Credit Karma, DivaCup, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and SaskTel.

As Founder and Creative Director Design at 123w, Jeff oversees branding and communications for clients like Okanagan Springs Brewery, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, BC Lotteries Corporation, and White Spot. Prior to launching 123w, Jeff was Partner and Creative Director at Rethink Canada. In his 25 plus year career, Jeff has been recognized by D&AD, London International Awards, Communication Arts, The One Show, Cannes, Lürzer’s Archive, and has even won a Juno and received a Grammy nomination for his design work.
