Rebecca’s 20 year plus career success revolves around her ability to create winning strategies that help businesses grow, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit. She spends her day-to-day working at a senior executive level to drive businesses forward.
She led the successful launch of an online startup business into a multi-million euro company ready for its exit sale strategy, grew the largest digital agency in Dublin into international markets and helped it prepare for its successful sale to a global agency group. She founded and grew a digital arm for one of the largest Direct Response marketing agencies in Dublin and helped prepare them for their successful sale to another global agency group. She founded her own digital agency in Vancouver and then merged that into Camp Pacific when she took over as Vice President, General Manager – as Camp strategically pivoted to a primarily digital focused agency.
Rebecca has had the pleasure of working on digital marketing and sales projects for phenomenal companies such as Microsoft, Dell, the Financial Times, Google, Xbox and many Government agencies from the federal through provincial level.
Rebecca feels lucky to have spent half her career abroad in Ireland, the UK, Australia and the USA as well as right here in her hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Rebecca has always volunteered in a variety of ways with her local community and holds service as a key core value. Over recent years, she volunteered on the advisory board for Dress for Success Vancouver and also as a board member for the Pink Shirt Day luncheon run by the CKNW Orphans Fund. As well, she founded a self-worth workshop program & volunteers running it for pre-teen girls, a project very close to her heart. She now loves volunteering for the BCAMA with the rest of the very accomplished and fun-loving Board of Directors.
