Grace Chow is a senior finance and compliance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, aviation, and automotive industries. As Senior Director of Brokerage Accounting North America and Compliance Officer for Canada at Colliers, Grace leads cross-functional teams responsible for brokerage accounting, conveyancing, and FINTRAC compliance. Her work has driven transformative improvements in revenue recognition, trust account management, and FINTRAC program implementation.
Grace holds CPA and ACCA designations and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University. She actively promotes the CPA brand as a CPA Member Ambassador and is deeply committed to mentorship, supporting emerging professionals through both the CPA BC and BCITSA mentorship programs.
Grace is honored and excited to join the BCAMA Board of Directors and looks forward to contributing her financial and governance expertise to support the organization’s mission and community.
