Exclusive BCAMA Senior Executive Program
Building Effective Leadership Strategies Peer to Peer

Never has there been more pressure on companies to grow revenues and profits. The challenges facing companies the last several years have resulted in a shift from a strategic to tactical approach, particularly in marketing.  A need to realign and move back towards basic and innovative strategic planning has emerged.

BCAMA has created a unique exclusive opportunity for thought leadership, benchmarking and dialogue amongst senior executives to address the ongoing challenges and solutions they face.  A select team of industry leaders, including CEOs, CMOs, VPs and Creative Directors are being invited or can apply to participate in the BCAMA Senior Executive Program.

The program has three key components:

  1. Peer-to-peer sharing and networking through access to an exclusive online social network, 6 facilitated roundtable sessions, and an invitation to attend 2 receptions and dinners throughout the year.  Area specialists are also invited to speak and facilitate specific sessions, as appropriate.
  2. Membership in the BCAMA, which provides access to event and job posting savings, publications, webinars, member loyalty program discounts from a variety of suppliers, information resources and a place to connect for success.
  3. Unique annual comparative benchmarking, which confidentially identifies key overall corporate and marketing metrics, processes, best practices and trends.  Each participating company receives a personalized confidential report that compares their organization to local, national and international benchmarks.  The review and results are further being approached from both an agency and a corporate perspective.
